Our trip to Acapulco started off well with a relaxing stay, but it was marred by some significant issues. We stayed in a spacious and clean room with a beautiful ocean view, but not everything was perfect. The service was decent, though we faced some surprises with accessibility and charges. The location is ideal, situated close to the beach and other attractions. Dining options were limited, which was disappointing given the resort’s potential. Overall, while we enjoyed aspects of our stay, some serious maintenance issues and service inconsistencies made it less enjoyable than it could have been.

Our stay at Vidanta Grand Mayan was absolutely wonderful! The resort is stunningly beautiful, offering a relaxing atmosphere along with top-notch customer service. My husband and I felt safe and welcomed throughout our visit, and we couldn’t have asked for better drinks by the pool. While it was hard to leave after a short stay, this place is definitely worth every penny.
